IT has become clear over the past 25 years that our children have become extraordinarily destructive, both to themselves and to others. Youth suicides, homicides, and out-of wedlock births are at an historic high. Crime and vandalism in schools are widespread and discipline has become more difficult for teachers to establish and maintain. What is happening to our children?
